Patwan Kuba
BANGGAI POST, BALUT– Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Banggai Laut bersama tim penyusun RPJMD serta OPD di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Banggai Laut mulai membahas serta penyempurnakan Rancangan Awal Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (Ranwal RPJMD) Kabupaten Banggai Laut tahun 2021-2026. Dokumen tersebut berisi 9 BAB dan 471 halaman yang merupakan pemaparan visi dan misi kepala daerah.
Pembahasan Ranwal RPJMD kali ini mendapat apresiasi dari Wakil Ketua I DPRD Banggai Laut Patwan Kuba. Karena menurut politisi muda ini, pembahasan Ranwal RPJMD berbeda dengan pembahasan Ranwal RPJMD periode sebelumnya. “Memang ada beda dari periode sebelumnya. Karna Pembahasan kali ini dihadiri oleh Bupati dan Wakil Bupati, Pj Sekda dan semua OPD dan yang istimewanya lagi turut di hadiri Kajari balut dalam rangka pendampingan,” ucap Patwan.
Tentu hal ini, kata Anggota DPRD dua Periode ini, DPRD sangat mengapresiasi. Karna dengan hadirnya Kepala Daerah menunjukkan komitmennya untuk mewujudkan visi-misi yang termuat dalam RPJMD. “Dan inilah bentuk sinergitas yang seharusnya terus dibangun pemerintah daerah bersama-sama membangun Banggai Laut lebih baik kedepan,” tutur Patwan.
Meski baru akan dibahas, Politisi dari Partai Demokrat itu berharap Pembahasan serta penyempurnakan Ranwal RPJMD bisa selesai tepat waktu dan tetap mengedepankan aturan yang ada.
Sesuai amanat Pasal 263 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014, bahwa RPJMD merupakan penjabaran dari visi, misi, dan program kepala daerah yang memuat tujuan, sasaran, strategi, arah kebijakan, pembangunan Daerah dan keuangan Daerah, serta program Perangkat Daerah dan lintas Perangkat Daerah yang disertai dengan kerangka pendanaan bersifat indikatif untuk jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun yang disusun dengan berpedoman pada RPJPD dan RPJMN. Sesuai Pasal 201 ayat (7) Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2015 Tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pemilihan Gubernur, Bupati, Dan Wali Kota Menjadi Undang-Undang, menyatakan bahwa Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur, Bupati dan Wakil Bupati, serta Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota hasil pemilihan Tahun 2020 menjabat sampai dengan Tahun 2024.(IK)
