Daftar ke KPU Pakai Bentor, Tuty-Richard Dihadang Penjual Tomat

BANGGAI POST, BALUT– Pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Banggai Laut Tuty Hamid-Richard B.S. Manuas menjadi pasangan ke empat yang mendaftarkan diri di KPU Banggai Laut.

Sebelum mendaftar diri pasangan ini melakukan serangkaian kegiatan, di pagi hari, calon Bupati Tuty Hamid ziarah ke makam Raja Banggai pertama, Alm. Frizt Maulana Mandafar. Didampingi Ketua Tim Moh Tanjung Pawara, Tuty Hamid khusu’ berdoa di makam leluhurnya.


Selepas dari ziarah, Tuty Hamid, dihadang ibu penjual sayuran. Sontak kejadian tersebut menarik perhatian, pasalnya wakil bupati Banggai Laut saat ini, bukan saja memeluk Tuty Hamid tetapi juga ibu penjual sayur itu memberikan plastik berisi sejumlah uang. “Saya baru ada kesempatan ketemu dengan Ibu Tuty. Saya memberikan sumbangan untuk beliau. Saya ingin Ibu Tuty menang. Dana terkumpul 153.000 rupiah dari teman-teman penjual tomat di pasar baru,” kata Wasiri dengan logat Buton nya.

Tuty Hamid juga melakukan ziarah ke makam orang tua, di depan pusara Ibunya, Alm. Rafi’ah Amir, ia menaburkan bunga, mencium pusara dan berdoa. Baginya, datang ke makam orang yang melahirkannya sebuah ketenangan tersendiri.

Di tempat berbeda, calon Wakil Bupati Richard Manuas ziarah ke pamannya Alm. Frans L. Bukamo, di kawasan pemakaman Padang Layang. Didampingi istri, ia melakukan prosesi peribadatan di pusara pendiri Partai Demokrat Balut itu.

Selepas melakukan beberapa kegiatan, pada sore hari, Tuty-Richard bersama tim pendukung bergerak ke KPUD untuk mendaftarkan diri sebagai pasangan calon. Diiringi ratusan becak motor (bentor) berpenumpang pimpinan partai dan relawan, Tuty-Richard tiba di Sekretariat KPUD. Dari hasil pemeriksaan dokumen, berkas keduanya dinyatakan lengkap dan memenuhi syarat pencalonan.

“Syukur Alhamdulillah, seluruh kegiatan dari pagi sampai sore hari berjalan lancar. Kita tadi berziarah ke leluhur san orang tua. Sempat diguyur hujan saat ke KPUD, tapi tidak menyurutkan semangat dari tim dan simpatisan untuk dampingi saya dan Pak Richard mendaftar,” kata Tuty Hamid.

Tuty Hamid mengingat, ada momen menarik saat dirinya keluar dari komplek pemakaman Raja Banggai. “Tadi saya cukup surprise, ada Ibu penjual tomat di Pasar Baru berikan uang untuk biaya pemenangan. Nilainya 153.000. Luar biasa, di saat kondisi sedang sulit, mereka mau menyumbang dan ikut berjuang dengan kita,” ujar Wakil Bupati Banggai Laut sembari menitikan air mata.

Sementara, Richard Manuas, calon Wakil Bupati, mengucap syukur atas diterimanya dokumen tanpa kurang satu apa pun. “Hari yang membahagiakan. Salut untuk kerja semua tim yang berhasil melengkapi seluruh berkas. Acungan jempol juga untuk pendukung dan simpatisan yang dengan sukarela ramaikan jalan Kota Banggai sore tadi,” tandas mantan Wakil Ketua DPRD Banggai Laut ini.

Seperti diketahui, pada Pilkada Banggai Laut 2020, Tuty-Richard diusung oleh Partai NasDem dan Demokrat dengan jumlah kursi di parlemen sebanyak 8 kursi. Pasangan ini juga didukung PPP. (IK)
