BANGGAI POST, BALUT- Bupati Banggai Laut Sofyan Kaepa menyerahkan bantuan sebanyak 22 unit perahu fiber kepada tiga kelompok di tiga desa kecamatan Labobo. Ketiga desa tersebut yakni Desa Lipulalongo 4 unit perahu fiber, Desa Liputalas enam unit perahu fiber dan Desa Padingkian 12 unit perahu fiber. Penyerahan dilakukan secara simbolis oleh Bupati Sofyan Kaepa di Desa Lipulalongo, Kamis (18/11).
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Bupati Sofyan Kaepa berterimakasih kepada kepala desa yang telah mendukung program visi dan misi Bupati dan Wakil Bupati. Bupati berharap bantuan perahu fiber digunakan sebagaimana mestinya dan dijaga. Karna bantuan tersebut menggunakan dana desa yang akan diminta pertanggungjawaban nanti.
“Pergunakan sebaik-baiknya bantuan ini. Sehingga bisa meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok nelayan,” katanya.
Dalam kesempatan itu pula, Bupati mengingatkan Kepala-kepala desa untuk berhati-hati menggunakan anggaran desa. Terlihat dengan ada kades-kades yang bermasalah dengan hukum.
Dirinya juga mengungkapkan, saat ini ada empat kades yang kasusnya sudah di tangan kejaksaan. Dan masih ada empat lagi yang akan diserahkan ke kepolisian.
“Kades-kades perbaiki administrasi pertanggungjawaban. Karna yang datang periksa bukan hanya inspektorat saja tetapi juga Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP),” ungkap Bupati.
Bupati Sofyan Kaepa juga telah tegas meminta kepada kejaksaan agar mempercepat proses hukum para kades-kades yang bermasalah. Hal ini disampaikan pada saat pelantikan eselon II.
“Kejaksaan hadir, segara proses dan tangkap para kades yang bermasalah,” tegasnya.
“Dalam kepemimpinan kami, jangan bermain dengan uang rakyat. Supremasi hukum akan kami tegakkan,” terang Bupati. (IK)
