BANGGAIPOST, Luwuk- Status Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) dalam upaya penanganan dan pengendalian Covid-19 di Kabupaten Banggai, telah diturunkan di level 3, dari sebelumnya berada di level 4.
Seiring penurunan level itu, publik pun menyodori sejumlah pertanyaan. Salah satunya pertanyaan apakah dengan penerapan PPKM level 3 bisa menggelar acara pernikahan?.
Terkait pertanyaan itu, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banggai telah menerbitkan Surat Edaran nomor:440/1760/Satgas Covid-19, tentang Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat Level 3 tertanggal 7 September 2021.
Pada poin 13 disebutkan, untuk kegiatan akad nikah dihadiri maksimal 10 (Sepuluh) orang sesuai dengan Keputusan Dirjen Bimas Islam Kementrian Agama RI.
Sementara itu, untuk acara resepsi pernikahan serta hajatan (Kemasyarakatan) maksimal 50% dari kapasitas atau maksimal 50 orang perhari (Bukan perjamuan/tamu silih berganti), yang melebihi kapasitas diatas 50 orang.
Jika melebihi dibubarkan dan dikenakan sanksi pihak penyelenggara (Hotel/perorangan) dan tidak ada hidangan makanan ditempat (nasi kotak untuk dibawa pulang) dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat.
Surat edaran itu berlaku mulai tanggal 7 September 2021 sampai dengan 20 September 2021, dan akan dievaluasi sesuai perkembangan angka konfirmasi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Banggai. (NS)
