BANGGAI POST, BALUT- Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) Banggai Laut menggelar Darul Arqam Dasar ke V di Balai Pertemuan Umum (BPU) Desa Lampa Kecamatan Banggai, Rabu (28/10).
Ketua IMM Banggai Laut Laode Izuwadin L. Temba mengatakan, IMM merupakan bagian dari organisasi otonom Muhammadiyah dengan basis anggota yang relatif homogen. Sehingga sebagai wahana kaderisasi IMM diharapkan dapat menghasilkan komunitas kader-kader yang intelektual, religius, serta kapasitas moral dan peran sosial yang memadai. “Untuk mencapai kualifikasi kader seperti demikian tentunya IMM dituntut untuk menyelenggarakan program perkaderan dengan strategi perencanaan yang serius dengan kerangka kerja yang jelas,” jelasnya.
Disamping itu juga, proses kaderisasi yang dikembangkannya IMM dapat melahirkan kader-kader yang memahami dengan benar tentang misi dan cita-cita Muhammadiyah sebagai salah satu bagian dari gerakan pendukung, pelangsung, dan penyempurnaan Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah. “IMM diarahakan pada terbentuknya kader yang siap berkembang sesuai dengan spesifikasi profesi yang ditekuninya, kritis, logis, terampil dan progresif,” tutur Laode Izuwadin.
“Kualitas kader yang demikian ditransformasikan ke dalam tiga aktualitas kader yakni sebagai kader Persyarikatan, kader Ummat, maupun kader Bangsa,” terangnya.
Menurutnya, secara substansial arah perkaderan IMM adalah pencipta akademik yang memadai sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan zaman, yang berakhakul karimah dengan proyeksi sikap individual yang mandiri, bertanggung jawab, memiliki komitmen dan kompetensi perjuangan dakwah Islam Amar Ma’ruf Nahi Munkar.
