SEPI: Suasana Sekretariat pemenangan Wenny-Ridaya, Kamis (4/12) malam tampak sepi usai kabar OTT oleh KPK
BANGGAI POST, BALUT– Bupati non aktif Banggai Laut, Wenny Bukamo (WB) terjaring Operasi tangkap Tangan (OTT) oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Kamis (3/12). Selain WB, KPK juga mengamankan 5 orang lainnya, diantaranya timses dan kontraktor. Penangkapan dilakukan sekitar 13.30 wita di Sekretariat pemenangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati, Wenny Bukamo dan Ridaya Laode Ngkowe, depan pelabuhan kontener Banggai Laut.
Beberapa tim sukses yang berhasil dimintai keterangan mengatakan, tidak mengetahui secara detail perihal penangkapan tersebut. Hanya saat ini memang WB sebagai calon bupati bersama calon wakil Bupati tidak berada di sekretariat pemenangan. “Tidak tau juga kejadiannya bagaimana, yang jelas kami sebagai tim masih menunggu perkembangan ,” katanya.
Pada OTT itu, KPK menemukan uang yang diduga terkait suap yang menjerat Bupati non aktif itu. Uang itu ditemukan di dalam kardus.
Saat ini KPK belum menjelaskan lebih lanjut terkait OTT tersebut. Berdasarkan KUHAP, KPK mempunyai waktu 1 x24 jam untuk menentukan status dari pihak-pihak yang ditangkap tersebut. (IK)
